Summary report on clients

The Summary report on clients shows the summary in figures the number per selected indicator of a branch over a period of time.

How to view the Summary report on clients.

To view the Summary report on clients you go to Clients/Clients report/Summary report on clients and a screen like one below shows up:

Reporting date from: Enter the date on which your report should start e.g., "01/01/2019" and in the "Ending" box enter the date on which the report should end, e.g., "30/04/2020".
Branch code: Choose the branch code from the drop-down or tick the Check for all Branches checkbox to include all branches.
Geographical area: From the drop down box, select a particular geographical area that you want to generate a report for. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all geographical areas. Geographical areas should have been entered under Support Files/Geographical Areas
